Garden Island Resort and Aqua-Trek are pleased to announce that Aqua-Trek LLC based in California USA has been hired to act as Garden Island Resort’s North American Marketing and Sales Agent as well as the reservations office. Being the General Sales Agent for Garden Island Resort for 12 years, Aqua-Trek's employees have many years of knowledge and experience with Taveuni Island, Garden Island Resort and Dive, and the pristine diving on the Rainbow Reef.

As most of you have heard by now a Category 4 cyclone passed through Fiji earlier this week and directly over the northern islands and Taveuni.  Due to communication lines being down, it has been a couple of days before contact could be made with the resort. Finally today we received a full report from our manager Mark Pedruco on the status of Garden Island Resort and the immediate surrounding area. We are both relieved and happy to report that our in-house guests and staff are all safe and there were no injuries due to the cyclone.
